FIXXXER RACING SYNDICATE – ROUNDS 9 & 10: BAKU & MEXICO

“Chaos, Comebacks, and a Championship Already Decided”

With the championship already slipping out of reach for most and Daniep mathematically securing the title, the focus shifted. Pride, rivalries, and the fight for P2 and P3 in the standings became the new battleground. And with that, Baku and Mexico delivered two very different kinds of chaos.

BAKU – Strategy, Rain, and Unexpected Heroes

Qualifying followed a familiar pattern.
Daniep, Haru, Protohype up front as usual, with reserves Coen and Rednas stepping in and immediately making their presence felt.

The race did not wait.

Baku erupted early with intense battles, especially between Rednas and Daniep, the two going head-to-head while Daniep still managed to build a gap of nearly 5 seconds at one point. The top 5 began to pull away while the rest of the grid struggled to keep up on a track that punishes even the smallest mistake.

At the back, a different story unfolded.

Lars, still adjusting after stepping back into racing from commentary and steward duties, looked completely out of rhythm. Stuck at the back, battling Salmon, and eventually damaging his front wing, it seemed like a race to forget.

Until it wasn’t.

A safety car reset the field.

And suddenly, everything changed.

At the restart, a fierce battle broke out between Daniep, Rednas, Coen, and Haru, all within striking distance. The racing turned aggressive, tempers flared, and soon enough, accusations started flying. Daniep and Rednas both calling each other dirty, tickets being filed as the tension boiled over.

Then the rain came.

And with it, chaos.

Strategy became everything. Some pitted too early. Some didn’t pit at all, gambling on the rain staying light. Even the leaders hesitated, unsure what the right call was.

On the final lap, Daniep and Elpica were still fighting on slick tyres, desperately hanging on for podium positions.

But behind them, 20 seconds back on intermediates…

Lars was coming.

The only Red Bull.
The only driver on the right tyres.
The only one with a chance.

Through the castle section, he caught Daniep, who was now stuck behind Elpica. The gap vanished instantly. Lars, frustrated, pushing, demanding space as the slick runners crawled through the wet track.

And then he made it stick.

From nowhere.

From last.

To the podium.

Baku Top 3

  1. Rednas

  2. Lars

  3. Daniep

Rednas took the win, nearly losing it on penalties, while Lars pulled off one of the most unlikely podiums in Fixxxer history.

MEXICO – Teamwork vs Ego

Mexico told a completely different story.

With commentators unavailable, Lars stepped out of the car, and former driver Hellboy returned to take his seat. Meanwhile, Protohype took full control of Kick, bringing in his DRC teammate RD, turning the team into a serious force.

At the front, it was clear early on:

Haas vs Kick.

The race itself felt long, stretched by strategy and constant battles. The midfield spread out, but pockets of fighting remained intense.

Early drama came from Dunk, who seemingly forgot what crashing felt like and decided to remind himself, bringing out a safety car and ending his race.

That safety car changed everything.

Strategy exploded into chaos.

  • Some went hards

  • Some switched to mediums

  • Some stayed out

It was one of the most diverse strategy races of the season.

And with that…

The “most penalties championship” returned.

Almost every driver picked up penalties, with Daniep one of the few to have his removed, keeping him firmly in contention.

Up front, the battle was relentless.

Kick used team strategy perfectly, working together, controlling the race.

Haas?

Not so much.

Despite already securing the championship, Daniep refused to play the team game, pushing hard to finish ahead of Haru, even if it meant denying his own teammate valuable points in the fight for P2 in the standings.

At one point, Protohype and Daniep collided at Turn 4, sending Daniep off track. Initially it looked intentional, but after review, it was ruled a racing incident.

In the end, teamwork won.

Mexico Top 3

  1. Protohype

  2. Daniep

  3. Haru

RD crossed the line higher but dropped back after a 3-second penalty, locking Haas into P2 and P3.

Championship Picture – The Real Fight Begins

With the title already decided, the spotlight now shifts.

P2 and P3 in the championship are wide open.

And now, there’s more than pride on the line.

A free piece of Fixxxer merchandise awaits the drivers who can secure those spots.

  • Haas still strong, but cracks are showing

  • Kick rising fast with teamwork

  • Red Bull unpredictable, but capable of moments

And drivers like Rednas, Lars, and Protohype proving that anything can happen when the opportunity appears.
